It is possible to find the Blue Moblin when exploring Hyrule Field and Eldin Canyon.
If you have a picture of the Blue Moblin, you can set it as a target for your Sensor+, through the Compendium, to detect when one is nearby.

Blue Moblins are large enemies that don't flinch when hit with one handed weapons. Plus, it takes multiple hits to kill them. Using Two-Handed Weapons will push them back on the last swing and interrupt their blows.
Continually hit them to prevent them from landing a hit on you until they are defeated.
List of All Two-Handed Weapons
When you stand close to Blue Moblins during fights, it'll be harder for them to hit you and easier for you to dodge their attacks due to their size.
Blue Moblins drown when pushed into deep water, so use this strategy to defeat them instantly. We suggest using a Two Handed Weapons as it's more effective with pushing back larger enemies over weapons that only blow small enemies away.
Blue Moblins tend to throw objects like barrels, boxes, and even smaller monsters at you during fights. You can use Recall on the objects they throw to send it back to them.
