It is possible to find the Blue Bokoblin when exploring Hyrule Field and Eldin Canyon.
If you have a picture of the Blue Bokoblin, you can set it as a target for your Sensor+, through the Compendium, to detect when one is nearby.
How to Unlock the Sensor +

Since Blue Bokoblins are one of the most common and weakest types of bokoblins, you can usually take them out with one or two critical hits when aiming for the head with a bow and arrow.
Blue Bokoblins drown when pushed into deep water, so use this strategy to defeat them instantly. We suggest using a Korok Frond Guster or other weapons with the same blowing effect.
 This common species is a nuisance all over Hyrule. They're tougher than the red Bokoblins—and their horns are sharper, so watch out! |
