Complete the Tulin of Rito Village main quest and speak to Teba near the top of Rito Village to trigger the quest.
Collect the following materials for Teba to craft you your own Great Eagle Bow.
・Swallow Bow
・Diamonds x 3
・Wood x 5
Return to Teba with the requested materials in your inventory to receive a Great Eagle Bow!
After completing The Legacy of Rito Side Quest, you can submit the same materials to Teba to have him craft you another Great Eagle Bow!

You get this bow when completing the Wind Temple and talking to Teba, he puts you on a quest to find 3 diamonds, 5 bundles of wood, and a swallow bow for him to craft the Great Eagle Bow, if it ever breaks you have to find those items again. It took 60 shots for it to break for me so im assuming thats 60 durability
