Launch yourself from Lookout Landing Skyview Tower and fly northeast to reach Crenel Hills Cave.
Alternatively, you could fly southwestward from Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower, or walk west from Ren-iz Shrine!
Lookout Landing Skyview Tower Location and How to Unlock
Once inside, drop down on the lower area on the left and head towards the breakable Luminous Stone wall on the opposite side. Avoid running to the center of the area as this will wake up the Stone Talus boss. You can choose to fight the boss or avoid it as it is optional.
If you want to avoid triggering the Stone Talus boss fight, stick close to the wall on the left as you reach the breakable Luminous Stone wall. The boss will only wake up once you start breaking the Luminous Stone wall with an arrow fused with a Bomb Flower.
Stone Talus (Luminous) Locations and How to Beat
Use an arrow fused with a Bomb Flower to destroy the breakable Luminous Stone wall. The coordinates are 0584, 0802, 0012.
Walk through the passageway to find the shrine with the chest that contains the Barbarian Armor!
The Barbarian Armor is part of Misko's Treasure that are hidden inside caves in Hyrule. You can talk to Meeshy to have her mark your map with the locations of three armor pieces, one of which is the "Powerful Outfit" or the Barbarian Armor.
You can rebuy the Barbarian Armor from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.
