How to Get BP (Battle Points)

Pokemon BDSP Battle Points

You earn 3 Battle Points (BP) for defeating each room in the Battle Tower. Read on to learn how to get more BP fast and where to exchange BP in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (BDSP).

How to Get BP (Battle Points)

Defeating Rooms at Battle Tower

You earn 3 Battle Points (BP) for defeating each room (7 consecutive trainer battles) in the Battle Tower. The Tower Tycoon—who is challenged on the 21st and 49th consecutive battle—rewards you 20 BP, the most for a single room.

After defeating the Tower Tycoon, around the 56th consecutive battle range, the BP you earn per room will increase to 7.

Battle Tower Guide

Earn Battle Points faster by restarting after 1st Tower Tycoon fight

To play with minimal risk of losing your streak, you could just win battles up until the 1st Tower Tycoon fight. After defeating him on the 21st consecutive battle and getting the 20 BP, re-enter the Battle Tower then lose the 22nd fight. Your streak will be dropped down to 0, which you can build up again to 21 in order to re-battle the Tower Tycoon and earn another 20 BP.

This method is a safer than attempting to reach the 49th consecutive battle and beyond, as opponents get tougher as your streak increases and you could potentially, unintentionally lose in the process and waste the high streak you've been building.
