Pokemon BDSP Update 1.1.2

An update to Ver. 1.1.2 of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (BDSP) has been made available on December 1. Read on for a list of patch notes and bug fixes for update 1.1.2.

  • Fixed some issues that would prevent the game from progressing under certain circumstances.
  • Some issues have also been fixed for more pleasant gameplay.

Duplication Glitch Patched

Pokemon BDSP Duplication Glitch
The Ver 1.1.2 update has patched the glitch that allowed players to duplicate Pokemon and their held items at the Pokemon Nursery. You're now unable to switch around the order of the boxes while in the middle of giving a Pokemon to the nursery, which prevents the glitch from being set up.

If you wish to continue duplicating Pokemon and items, do not update to Ver 1.1.2.

Pokemon BDSP Menu Glitch

Similarly, the glitch that allowed you to open the Menu during story checkpoints in order to skip them and trainer battles has also been patched, as you're now unable to get the glitched menu to open from your Bag.

The glitch is still present in Ver 1.1.1, so do not update if you wish to continue utilizing the glitch and story skips.

An update to Ver. 1.1.2 of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (BDSP) has been made available on December 1. Close your game and press + on the application on the Home Screen to check for a Software Update.

So is pokeradar fixed?

For soft reseting static Pokemon by pressing a straight after walking up to it it goes to the fight instantly instead of dragging out the speech
