Pokemon BDSP Day One Patch

Day One Patch Release Date and Time

Available Starting November 11th

Pokemon BDSP Ramanas Park

The Ver. 1.1.0 Update (Day One Patch) has become available starting on November 11th, well ahead of the games' release on November 19th.

Ver 1.1.0 Update Summary
Enables online features of Grand Underground, Super Contest Shows Enables receiving of Mystery Gifts, including the Manaphy Egg Mystery Gift and Platinum Outfits Mystery Gift. Unlocks Ramanas Park in the post game. Enables other online features via the Union Room such as battles and trading. Adds in-game videos, such as before the title screen and during the ending of the game (if you've already beaten the game before installing the update, you can view the ending movie by entering the Hall of Fame again) Various bug fixes

Day One Patch Download Filesize

Approximately 3 GB

According to the official Nintendo Support page, the Day One Patch will take 3 GB of space.

As the update contains important features for playability, be sure to free this space up in advance, and avoid playing the game without the patch.

Future Updates Announcement

In the official notes for the Day One patch, future updates for the game were also confirmed. The following points are expected to be added in the future, though no release date for future patches has yet been confirmed.

Increase of allowed players in the Union Room (base game allows only 2)
Addition of Greetings and Capsule Decoration options to the Union Room (base game features battling, trading, and record mixing)
Trades enabled at the Global Wonder Station (GWS) in Jubilife City, a replacement for the GTS from the original games
Implementation of Link Battles at the Colosseum in Pokemon Centers
