As of November 2021, Pokemon official sites and trailers still haven't mentioned a possible DLC for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Pokemon fans are looking forward to experience the Distortion World and Battle Frontier all over again but this is unlikely.

With the news of legendary Pokemon in Ramanas Park, it is most likely that we will see Giratina there instead of the Distortion World.

Most Likely To Receive Content Update

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is set to be released on January 28, 2022 - just two months after the release of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Although it is still not confirmed, there could be a tie-in event between the two games especially because both games are set in the same region - just in a different time.
