Route 221 |
Before you unlock Ramanas Park, you first need to become champion and get the National Dex by encountering all 150 Pokemon on the native Sinnoh Dex. Speak with Professor Rowan at his lab in Sandgem Town after completing your Sinnoh Dex to unlock the National Dex.
How to Unlock the National Dex
Players can find Ramanas Park at the end of Route 221 as soon as they are able to use Surf. However, the park itself is locked until the you defeat the Champion.
Installing the Ver 1.1.0 Update (Day One Patch), available starting November 11, is required to unlock and enter the Ramanas Park.
Ver 1.1.0 Update (Day One Patch)
Ramanas Park replaces the Pal Park feature from the originals. The Pal Park was originally used to transfer Pokemon from previous Pokemon games such as FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, and Sapphire to the Gen 4 games of Diamond and Pearl. Such is not the case anymore for Ramanas Park.
After becoming Champion of the region and getting the National Dex, you can visit Ramanas Park to encounter and catch Legendary Pokemon.
well I unlocked the Kanto and Soul ones right after the Regi’s so probably yes
