How to Get Dragon Claw (TM02)

On your first visit through Mt. Coronet North, the Dragon Claw TM in 1F is unobtainable, as it is blocked by a Strength boulder. This TM is only obtainable during the climb to the summit of Mt. Coronet via the 4F - Mt. Coronet North Connection map, after getting the 7th Badge and gaining access to Rock Climb, and defeating Cyrus at Spear Pillar.

After doing so, you'll be able to access the area on the bottom of the Mt. Coronet North 1F map via the door on the 4F - Mt. Coronet North Connection of the main Mt. Coronet map, from where you can collect the TM, a hidden Hyper Potion, and can continue through back into Mt. Coronet North by pushing the Strength boulder out of the way.

No you don't this was changed in the BDSP. Good Rod also works and has the exact same fishing chance for feebas.
