Effect A capsule that allows a Pokemon with two Abilities to switch between these Abilities when it is used.

Swaps a Pokemon's Ability

Ability Capsule changes a Pokemon's ability. For example, Roserade has access to both Natural Cure and Poison Point. If you use an Ability Capsule on a Roserade that has Natural Cure, it's ability will now be Poison Point.

Do note that this item does not change a Pokemon's ability to be its Hidden Ability. For that, you will have to use an Ability Patch.

How to Get Ability Capsule

Buy at the Battle Tower

Battle Tower

Ability Capsule is available for purchase at the Battle Tower for 50 BP.

You need to beat Cynthia and become the champion before getting access to the Battle Tower, where you can earn BP.
