How to Use Vs. Seeker

Pokemon BDSP Vs. Seeker Trainers

How to Use Vs. Seeker

Rechallenge Trainers On Screen

Pokemon BDSP How to Use Vs Seeker

Select the Vs. Seeker from the Key Items pocket of your bag. It will send out a signal to all trainers currently on your screen. If a trainer wants to rebattle, 2 yellow exclamation points (!!) will appear above them.

Trainers will have stronger Pokemon in rematches

Utilize the Vs. Seeker to rechallenge all the trainers you've encountered in your journey thus far. It's worth rebattling all trainers even as far back as Route 202, as most trainers will have Pokemon at least Level 30, and even evolved, by the time you've reached the Pokemon League.

Walk 100 Steps to Recharge

Pokemon BDSP Recharge Vs Seeker
After a single use of the Vs. Seeker (whether you found trainers to rebattle or not), you'll need to walk 100 steps to recharge it and use it again.

Can't Be Used Inside Caves or Buildings

Pokemon BDSP Vs Seeker Victory Road

Unfortunately, you can't use the Vs. Seeker in caves or buildings, so all the high leveled trainers on Victory Road can't be rebattled.

Vs. Seeker Location

Upper Area of Route 207

Pokemon BDSP How to Get Vs Seeker

After defeating Team Galactic in Eterna City and receiving the Bicycle at the shop, head south through the Cycling Road on Route 206 to reach the upper part of Route 207. Upon entering Route 207, the Professor's Assistant (Lucas/Dawn) will give you the Vs. Seeker and the Dowsing Machine.

The Professor's Assistant will ask you to pick between their left and right hand, but don't worry, they will end up giving you both items, whichever you choose.
