Obtain at the Team Galactic Warehouse in Veilstone City

After obtaining the 4th Badge from Maylene, head inside the Team Galactic Warehouse at the northwestern part of Veilstone City and look for the Poke Ball on the right of the blue crate. Pick it up to obtain Fly (TM95).

Battle Park Exchange Service Corner

This TM can be purchased at the Exchange Service Corner in the Battle Park during the post game for 40 Battle Points.

Open the Town Map	Select a location and use Fly

You can also use Fly from the Town Map screen. Press the X Button to open the menu and select "Town Map". If you haven't opened the Poketch app, it is recommended to use the Town Map as it is faster.

Defeat Maylene to Use Fly as a Hidden Move

You cannot use Fly as a Hidden Move unless you have defeated Maylene, the gym leader at Veilstone City. Her team consists of Fighting type Pokemon with Lucario as her ace. Watch out for Lucario's Bulk Up and be sure to bring a Psychic or Flying type Pokemon.

Use Poketch and Switch to the Hidden Moves Screen

You can use Fly as a hidden move from the Poketch app. If the Poketch app does not appear in the upper right corner of the screen, press the R button twice. If a small screen is displayed, press the R button once to enlarge it.

Once the Poketch app is displayed, press the red button to switch to the Hidden Moves screen and select Fly from the menu.
