You can get Tamato Berry from fully grown Berry trees. Additionally, you can also plant them in order to harvest more in the future!
Tamato Berry is one of the Berries that you can receive from the Berry Master inside his house at Route 208. The Berries he will give you will be random, so check back another day if you didn't get the Berry you want!
