In the Metronome Style Shop in Veilstone City, talk to the lady behind the counter to buy and swap between outfits. To swap between purchased outfits, select Change my style.

Metronome Style Shop Located in South Area of City

Metronome Shop

The shop is located in the southern area of the city, north of the gate to Route 214. It's where the Game Corner building used to be, in the original games.

Unlike previous mainline games, you're unable to customize your character's hairstyle separately from their clothing, as each outfit style has their own set hairstyle. You're free to select an outfit purely based on its accompanying hairstyle!

You can't change your skin tone after confirming your name and appearance at the start of the game. Additionally, it is also not possible to change the color of your character's eyes.
