In Front of the Poke Mart

The first clown can be found between the Pokemon Center and the Poke Mart. Get Coupon 1 by answering Yes to his question “Does a Pokemon grow by defeating others and gaining Exp. Points?”

In Front of the Poketch Company Headquarters

The second clown is located in front of the Pokétch Company headquarters. Get Coupon 2 by answering Yes to his question “Just like Pokemon types, the moves of Pokemon also have types?”

The third clown is located in front of the Jubilife TV Station. He will give you Coupon 3 by answering Yes to his question “Can a Pokemon hold an item?”
