True Draco is often considered an Anti-Meta Deck, designed to take advantage against the current Meta's preference of Extra Deck monsters with a slower pace of the game.
It plays both an effective midrange and control strategy in response to the opponent's boards. Yhe main gimmick of the deck revolves around tributing Continuous Spells and Traps in order to Tribute Summon the True Draco Monsters, thus avoiding having to play any tribute fodder monsters and making Maxx "C" useless against this deck.
True Draco is one of those rare Decks that does not rely on having, or even needs to have, no monsters in the Extra Deck as part of their core gameplay. Much like the Monarch Deck, they focus on Tribute Summons, but uses a Continuous Spell/Trap as tributes, and their boss monsters are all in the Main Deck--the different True Draco monsters that each have two effects.
Dinomight Knight, the True Dracofighter is the strongest monster in the Deck. It can activate a "True Draco" or "True King" Continuous Trap from the Deck, or add to the hand. Ignis Heat, the True Dracowarrior has the same effect, but it focuses on Continuous Spells instead. Majesty Maiden, the True Dracocaster is the main searcher for the other two "True Draco" monsters.
The only Level 4 monster in the Deck, Inspector Boarder can only be Normal Summoned or Special Summoned while you have no other monsters on the field. It acts as a pseudo-Skill Drain while on the field, and is a great counter against the current meta that uses Effect Monsters from the Extra Deck.
Dragonic Diagram is one of the most powerful Field Spells in the game, to the point that as of writing it is currently Limited for its viability in other Decks. In a True Draco Deck, it provides a small ATK boost, provides a one-time safety net from being destroyed by battle, and searches out any "True Draco" or "True King" Card.
The other two are Continuous Spells that provide advantage and synergy with the True Draco monsters in the Deck, both having a Tribute Summon effect, and destroys a Spell/Trap when sent from the field to the GY. Disciples of the True Dracophoenix has a Pot of Avarice-like effect, recycling cards from the GY, providing a free draw. True Draco Heritage provides even more draw power, providing a maximum of three cards to draw based on the number of archetype card types sent to the GY every turn.
The "True Draco" Continuous Traps destroy a monster on the field if sent to the GY from there. Both of them have two different effects, and each can be used once per turn--with one of them being to Tribute Summon during the opponent's turn.
True Draco Apocalypse, for example, destroys an archetype monster, in exchange of halving the stats of all the monsters the opponent controls. True King's Return Special Summons a "True Draco" or "True King", albeit in Defense Position.
While not from the archetype, The Monarchs Erupt complements the Deck's style really well, and takes advantage of having no Extra Deck. Non-Tribute Summoned Monsters will have their effects negated while this card is active on the field.
All other cards are the floodgates and disruptors, meant to make the opponent spend as many resources as possible until they run out of ways of resources. Solemn Strike and Solemn Judgment provides counters at the cost of Life Points, Anti-Spell Fragrance delays the opponent's Spell Cards, and makes it a level playing ground for monsters.
There Can Be Only One deals with a swarm of monsters that all have different Types. Imperial Iron Wall, while a choice, is an addition just in case this Deck runs into a Runick Deck.
While this deck doesn't have any particular combos it is a very reactionary deck and there are cards that are ideal to have every game.
The Limited Status of this Field Spell should hint at just how powerful it is, even in other Decks. Draconic Diagram will carry the deck to victory being able to get rid of dead cards in your hand or even on your field to search a True Draco card from your Deck, on top of protecting your monsters in battle.
Despite running few Monsters overall, the deck will constantly loop Tru Draco cards in and out of the GY. True King's Return and Diciples of the Dracophoenix will allow you to constantly keep True Draco cards either on the battlefield or in the deck to fetch with True Draco Monsters.
Another point of potency for this deck is the sheer number of floodgates; cards that place a heavy restrictions on opponents actions.
For example, while the deck runs 2 copies of Skill Drain, The Monarchs Erupt is a strictly better in this Deck as it is a one-sided Skill Drain that only affects your opponents. The only drawback is the necessity of a Tribute Summoned monster and no Extra Deck, which this deck has no trouble setting up.
Due to the density of spells and traps it is quite easy to get around the hand discard draw back of Card of Demise, so long as there is space in your backrow to set the cards that were drew. You can almost guarantee the draw 3 if you set your hand before casting, and any True Draco monsters can be cast by tributing any set Continuous Traps or Spells clearing up more backrow.
Since True Draco has no Extra Deck, it technically has no Boss Monsters. The 3 core "True Draco" Monsters, however, serve as the beatdown win condition, with some form of utility.
Often the best way to stop a Control Deck is to deny them the cards needed to get to their win condition. Runick specializes in this, banishing cards straight from the Deck from even merely having presence on the field. The worst part is that there is no response against this Deck in a True Draco Deck.

Floowandereeze has a far longer and more consistent combo that utilizes Normal and Tribute Summoning. It does not even mind having their effects negated at some point, once it has its strongest monsters out on the field.

Eldlich Decks have the same controlling playstyle as a True Draco Deck, only that with Eldlich the Golden Lord being a Zombie, it is at home being in the Graveyard, and will take advantage of it.
A variant that uses Zombie World will also effectively shut down True Draco because of its effect not allowing any Tribue Summons other than Zombie monsters.

A mirror match against two True Draco Decks will often come down to either who goes first, or is able to resolve a Dragonic Diagram first. It will be a race to see who gets to their key cards as soon as possible.
Tip! | True Draco removal does not banish & must target so resolved monsters that cannot be destroyed or targeted are very potent. |

Tip! | The crafting cost is low that it is best to just save your Gems as the Master Pack is currently the worst pack to open. |

I changed Extravagance for Terra Forming and Red Reboot. Also swapped out a Skill Drain for a Spiritual Swords of Revealing Light for extra protection. So far this seems to be working for me. I looked into True Draco monsters to add as maybe a quicker way to finish out games in place of the pots, but the rest of them are kinda just bad. If anybody knows of any big monsters that aren't true Draco that can be summoned by tributing spells or traps I'm open to experimenting with this deck list.
