For an event that only permits Monster Cards and Trap Cards, the Traptrix archive would definitely thrive in such special conditions for their ability to constantly set Normal Trap Cards. Its playstyle presures the opponent to stop the Traptrix monsters from getting a full backrow of Trap Cards waiting to be triggered.

A very rare kind of Deck where only one kind of card is played, the Superheavy Samurais are usually run with only Monster Cards within the Deck. The Deck plays using only the monsters' effects to play out their combos. Even more uniquely is that their defense doubles as their offense, being able to attack while in Defense Position using its DEF instead of its ATK.

Tri-Brigade Revolt | 1 |
Even with the lack of Spell Cards, Tri-Brigades can still play around this handicap and even flourish when the right conditions are met. So long as resources are in the Graveyard--especifically Winged Beast monsters--the Deck can summon its ace monsters like Shuraig the Omious Omen.

Adamancipators are notorious for being able to fill a filed with various boss monsters, and it can still do so without the support of Spell Cards. The ability to synergize with a wide variety of Rock-type monsters, along with its ability to constantly Special Summon. makes it dangerous to deal with. This might very well be one of the most flexible, and most dangerous Decks to encounter in the Anti-Spell Festival.

The consistency and ability to use Trap Cards of their benefit brings the Phantom Knights Burning Abyss Deck well into the Anti-Spell Festival format. Part-control for its ability to neutralize Special Summoned monsters, part-aggro for high-powered monsters with powerful effects, this Deck gains more and more resouraces the longer the Duel gets.

One of the most iconic Xyz-based Decks, Sharks can still operate well--albeit a little slower thanks to the lack of Spell Cards--under the rules of the Anti-Spell Festival. Its ability to flex between an aggressive playstyle and stalling through negation seamlessly makes this Deck very powerful, especially ass not a lot of options to respond against its monsters' effects are available.

This Deck uses the Crusadia archetype to be the heavy-hitters for the Deck, its stronger Link Monsters being especially stronger against Special Summoned monsters. The Kaijus are the supplement to this Deck, being able to remove pesky and usually unremovable Monsters from the field, while being additional support by boosting Crusadia Link Monsters' ATK while being in Link Marker-pointed Monster Zones.

Eldlich the Golden Lord | 3 | |
Lord of the Heavenly Prison | 3 |
Among the regular Decks that do not need that many monsters, Eldlich Decks do not need to change much in their playstyle. However, it is also through the Anti-Spell Festival's unique rules that it can fainlly go all-in with using Trap Cards as majority of its Deck Recipe. Eldlich the Golden Lord and Lord of Heavenly Prison are the only monsters needed for this Deck; everything else is a disruption to the opponent.

Swordsoul Blackout | 3 |
Swordsouls do not need that many Spell Cards to operate well in standard Duels; the removal of Spell Cards during the Anti-Spell Festival does not hinder a normal Deck at all. If anything, it also becomes stronger due to the lack of immediate counters without having to wait a turn. With the right card, the Swordsoul user can immediately finish their first turn with two boss monsters off the bat.
