Found at the Mill in Cordon
A Buket S-2 can be found near a stash at the top of the Mill in Cordon where Stets Leech is located. You can also loot the Special assault rifle from Stets by killing him or healing him and then returning later to find him dead.
Buy from Quiet's Camp in Wild Island
A Buket S-2 can be bought from the Trader Quiet at Quiet's Camp in Wild Island. You can reach Quiet's Camp from the Leser Zone by following the road to the east of the Eastern Checkpoint.
Buy from WO Komisarov at Cement Factory
The Buket S-2 has a chance to appear in WO Komisarov's stock at the Cement Factory base in the Cement Factory region. The base is located east of the Garbage region.
Buy from Viktoria Dorozhnyuk at STC Malachite

There is a chance that the Buket S-2 can appear in stock at Viktoria Dorozhnyuk's shop in STC Malachite. This location is to the west of the Zone past the Chemical Plant region. You can either bribe the guards or obtain a Malachite Pass to get inside the base.
Loot from Human Enemies
The Buket S-2 can drop from killing human enemies, and are common weapons of soldiers. In particular, some Ward Soldiers may drop the Buket S-2 during the assault in the mission Answers Come at a Price.
Note that a dropped Buket S-2 will usually have medium to low durability (making it prone to jamming if you plan to use them as is).
