The Buket S-2 can drop from killing human enemies, and are common weapons of soldiers. In particular, some Ward Soldiers may drop the Buket S-2 during the assault in the mission Answers Come at a Price.

Note that a dropped Buket S-2 will usually have medium to low durability (making it prone to jamming if you plan to use them as is).
