How to Get the Merc

Obtained from a Stash in the Rostok Depot

Stash Containing the Merc

The Merc can be found inside a stash in the Rostok Depot - a POI found to the southwest of the actual Rostok Base. If you sided with the Noontide and Spark during Wishful Thinking, you'll visit this location during the main mission, An Invisible Threat. From there, simply head over to Powerplug (the Spark Technician) to find the stash opposite him.
