Stalker 2 How to Get Suits with High Degree of PSI-Protection

You can obtain suits with high degree of Psi-Protection by exploring the Zone and looting them in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Learn all about these suits and where to get them here!

How to Get Suits with High Psi-Protection

Loot the SEVA-I Suit from the Arms Depot

Thermal 1.3 SEVA-I Suit Penetration
Electrical 1.5 SEVA-I Suit Penetration
Chemical 1.5 SEVA-I Suit Rate of Fire
Radiation 3 SEVA-I Suit Range
PSI 2.1 SEVA-I Suit Accuracy
Physical 2.5 SEVA-I Suit Accuracy
Weight Artifact Slots
8.0 kg 4

The SEVA-I Suit is one the suits you can get early on as soon as you are able to leave the Lesser Zone. This suit may not have as much Thermal and other types of protection than the Cuirass Exoskeleton, but it beats it with high PSI and Radiation Protection, as well as having 4 artifact slots.

Find the SEVA-I Suit at the Arms Depot in the Duga region which is at the far southwest end of the map. Do note that you will encounter a powerful mutant inside the Arms Depot, so you will have to lure it out if you want to safely get the suit early on.

How to Get the SEVA-I Suit

Loot the Cuirass Exoskeleton from the SKD Assembly Unit

Cuirass ExoskeletonCuirass Exoskeleton
Thermal 1.7 Cuirass Exoskeleton Penetration
Electrical 1.7 Cuirass Exoskeleton Penetration
Chemical 1.9 Cuirass Exoskeleton Rate of Fire
Radiation 3 Cuirass Exoskeleton Range
PSI 1.1 Cuirass Exoskeleton Accuracy
Physical 4.3 Cuirass Exoskeleton Accuracy
Weight Artifact Slots
10.5 kg 3

If you're looking for a suit that has better Physical and Radiation Protection, then you can aim to get the Cuirass Exoskeleton armor found in the SKD Assembly Unit building at the Cooling Towers region. Once there, head up to the highest level of the main assembly area to find the Cuirass Exoskeleton sitting on top of one of the shelves.

While the Cuirass Exoskeleton has less Psi-protection than the SEVA suit, you'll be a walking tank for majority of the Ad astra per aspera main mission. However, make sure this is your secondary option since you won't be able to run while wearing it, making the last segment of the mission extremely difficult.

What are Suits with High Psi-Protection?

Suits that Protect You From Sources of Psi-Emissions

Controller Psi Emission

Suits with Psi-protection are designed to protect you from the dizzying effects of Psi-emissions caused by the Psi-Emitters in the main mission, Ad astra per aspera. They will also help you mitigate the effects that Controller mutants can afflict you with.

Note: Getting a suit with Psi-protection is also an optional objective for the Ad astra per aspera main mission. You can still do the mission without it, but be prepared to exprience the visual distortions caused by the psi-emitters you need to shut down.
