Safe Zones Go Into Lockdown Causing Doors to Be Locked
After completing In Search of a Miracle and its suceeding quests, most safe zones will go into lockdown.
This causes the door in Professor Lodochka's bunker to remain locked, preventing players from completing the last optional objective in Just Like the Good Old Days.

At the time of writing, no official fixes have been announced. However, do note that this is not an isolated case. Multiple main missions after the SIRCAA arc of the main story also exhibit bugs and progress blockers.

Skip Talking to Professor Lodochka
Talking to Professor Lodochka after picking up the Emitter is an optional objective in Just Like the Good Old Days. If the bunker door is locked, you can skip this objective and progress through the next main mission, The Hornet's Nest or An Invisible Threat.
