Stalker 2 Should You Kill Foma

This is a choice guide on whether you should kill or spare Foma in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Find out if you should kill or spare Foma during the Chasing Ghosts mission, as well as the outcomes and consequences of both choices.

Kill or Spare Foma Choice Results

Choice Results
You're Finished
(Kill Foma)		 You can loot an SVDM-2 and a PTM from his corpse along with some other randomized loot.
I'm Leaving
(Spare Foma)		 Foma will still die and you can loot an SVDM-2 and a PTM from his corpse along with some other randomized loot.
Foma will go on a monologue, praying to the Monolith before dying.

The choice occurs at the end of the Chasing Ghosts mission, where the NPC Foma will start shooting at you, and you will have to take him out. Once you down Foma, you have the option to kill him or to leave.

Foma will die regardless of which choice you make, and his death does not affect the story or the ending. If you want to hear the monologue, then you can just leave and listen to him.

Foma Dead
Your choice does not matter, and Foma will still die even if you choose to spare him. His death does not affect the story or the ending. The only difference is that you get to hear a unique monologue from him before he dies if you choose to spare him.
