Go to the Ward Base

Head on over to the Ward base located east of Noontide base. As soon as you arrive, there should be a small crack on the wall. Crawl through it to enter the base.

Obtain the Azimuth Station Basement Key

Major Hryhorchenko

Go to the main street around the building and you should see a bunch of dead soldiers on the road. Loot the one named Major Hryhorchenko and grab the Azimuth Station Basement Key from his body.

Find the Surviving Wardens

Enter the Basement

Basement Behind the Major

Behind the Major's dead body is a staircase leading to the basement. Go down and then you should see a ladder. Climb down the ladder to reach the basement.

Navigate the Tunnels

Navigate Tunnels of the Ward Base

Take a right and navigate through the tunnels. You will also need to fight a few enemy soldiers along the way. Keep on going until you find dead wardens and soldiers on the ground at the end of the tunnels.

Retrieve the Azimuth Access Key

Sergeant Nikitin Body

The Azimuth Key Card can be looted off Sgt. Nikitin's corpse. His body will be right beside the ladder that leads back to the surface.

Give Strider Access to the Azimuth Systems

Use the Card on the Computer

Follow the waypoint towards a building on the west side of the base. Once inside, head towards the main control room and use the Azimuth Key Card on the computer.

Go to the Roof

Hallway Behind the Main Computer

Go to the hallway behind the computer and disarm the traps by interacting with the ropes or by throwing grenades at them. At the end of the hallway, climb up the ladder to get to the roof.

Defeat Foma

Defeat Foma

Once you're at the roof, go up the tower and defeat Foma who will be awaiting you. After critically wounding him, you can choose to finish him off or spare him.

Your choice won't really matter as you won't miss out on anything other than a final monologue from him about the Monolith if you spare him.

Install the Inductor

Replace the Inductor

Head back inside and put the Inductor inside the machine.

Activate the Device

Activate the Device Above the Inductor

Go to the balcony again and climb up the ladder. Approach the radar device and then activate it to end the mission. The next mission, Dead Frequency will then begin.

After Strider's Message at the end of the mission: ・7500 Coupons (Stalker Difficulty)

In addition to the Coupon reward, you can also get a free SVDM-2 after you defeat Foma at the top of the Azimuth facility's tower. However, make sure to keep an eye out for it since Foma will sometimes drop it on death (instead of having it placed in his corpse's inventory), causing it to fall off the tower.

Mission Description
Strider is confident that Noontide played no part in the attacks - they've encountered their Monolithian past and embraced a new way. I'm inclined to believe him, especially since Strider has offered to help me intercept communications from the Monolith PDA to identify the perpertators. I'll have to activate Azimuth Station, which is currently occupied by the Ward, and replace the Inductor there. The Wardens should have the access keys for the station.
