Weapon durability is tied to how effective and reliable weapons are. Each time you use a weapon, its durability goes down, making it more likely to malfunction and jam in combat.
Durability also applies to your armor with the wear and tear of everyday use lowering your defense stats, making you take more damage when hit by during combat or while exploring anomalous zones.
You can repair weapons by visiting Technicians found inside safe zones called Bases. Look for the Wrench icon on your Map or in the compass radial at the top of your HUD to find the base Technician. Once you've located a Technician, talk to them and press the Upgrade button to take you to the Upgrades screen.
From the Upgrades screen, you'll be able to Repair your weapons by pressing R on PC. Before repairing, you can check the repair cost at the lower right side of the screen. The cost in Coupons will be determined the remaining durability of a gun. Guns in very bad condition will cost a pretty penny to fully repair.

You can sell weapons and gear that have a yellow icon or no icon at the top-right corner since these icons mean they are medium to high durability. However, if the icon is red, you can only sell them to Ragman at Rostok base in the Rostok region since Traders won't buy weapons or armor in poor condition.
