How to Access DLC Items

Unlock the Seek, and You Shall Find Side Mission

The DLC items (including pre-order bonuses) will be locked behind the Seek, and You Shall Find side mission. Once unlocked, you'll be able to see the locations of Journalist Stashes scattered throughout the map. Each one will contain 1 DLC item for you to loot.

In order to unlock Seek, and You Shall Find, you'll first have to complete the A Needle In a Haystack main mission in Zalissya. After that is the long process of reaching each far-flung stash location in the Zone.

Claim via Journalist Stashes

The DLC items will be found in Journalist Stashes across the map. There are 13 Journalist Stashes in total, with the final one being accessible only after unlocking Prypiat.

Pre-Ordered copies of STALKER 2 will receive 4 DLC items. However, in order to get the Veteran Rifle and Tourist Suit, you will first need to leave the Lesser Zone by finishing the main mission, Behind Seven Seals.

Early Bird Backpack Changes the In-Game Look of Your Backpack

The Early Bird Backpack is simply a re-skin of your in-game backpack. The only time you'll be able to see it is during the brief moment where the animation plays as you open your inventory.

Deluxe Edition Bonus Content

Players who got the Deluxe Edition will receive a total of 10 DLC items. There will be 6 weapons, 3 suits, and a special side mission for you to complete in-game.

Ultimate Edition Bonus Content

The Ultimate Edition of STALKER 2 will feature all Deluxe Edition content as well as an additional 5 DLC items. Do note that out of the 5, both the Margach D-12MT and PSZ-21W Shtrum are only accessible after reaching Prypiat during the late-game.
