How to Get Hilka Detector
Obtained During the Budmo! Side Mission
The Budmo! side mission requires you to put vodka on the stashes for Panas. Travel east from Slag Heap to find the stash on the Power Transmission Pylon. Once you reach the tower, climb up using the logs nearby. You can then access the stash on a nest.
However, take note that stealing the Hilka Detector (or anything from any of the stashes) makes Panas hostile towards you and will try to kill you during the mission.
Obtained During The Mysterious Case Side Mission
You can also obtain a free Hilka Detector from The Mysterious Case side mission during the 'Find the briefcase' sub-objective. It can be found on a table by a wall with yellow paint splattered and letters painted with white above it.
