A free APSB can be found on one of the buildings in Stechanka, located along the western border of Chemical Plant. You can only reach this weapon by entering the portal hovering a ruined house on the northeast. The portal can be entered by going through the gravity anomaly beneath it.

| 3 |  If successful, you will be transported to the roof of a building on the southwest, where you can find the APSB right next to you. |

There is a chance that the APSB can appear in stock at Viktoria Dorozhnyuk's shop in STC Malachite. This location is to the west of the Zone past the Chemical Plant region. You can either bribe the guards or obtain a Malachite Pass to get inside the base.
The APSB can be bought from Wreck at the Yaniv Station base in the Yaniv region. Yaniv is found north of the Red Forest region, which is far northwest past Rostok.
