On a Corpse in a Scientist Bunker, Yantar
Another free Mark 1 EMR can be found on a dead body atop of the Scientist Bunker in Yantar. Be prepared to fight as there are zombies inside the bunker.
Buy from Wreck at Yaniv Station
The Mark 1 EMR has a chance to appear in Wreck's stock at the Yaniv Station base in the Yaniv region. Yaniv is found north of the Red Forest region, which is far northwest past Rostok.
Buy from WO Komisarov at Cement Factory
The Mark 1 EMR has a chance to appear in WO Komisarov's stock at the Cement Factory base in the Cement Factory region. The base is located east of the Garbage region.
