The RPM-74 is located on top of a crate inside a building in Liisovyi at the westernmost part of the Yaniv region. The building contains a panel near an underground room where you have to enter the code 240983 to get inside the room that has the weapon.

I found another one in yellow condition on a corpse on top of the scientist bunker north west of the truck cemetery. it's the one with a bunch of zombies locked inside

If you side with the ward, when you meet up with the forces to take down fuast, the fob has one on the table to the right with some ammo.
