The Heavy Key is located inside a brown drawer at the Detention Center in Garbage region.

Enter the open door at the right side of the building.

Go through the small room on the left side.

Pick up the Heavy Key on the brown drawer.

Where to Use the Heavy Key

Unlocks the Basement Floor of the Detention Center

Old Key Detention Center Location Step 4

The Heavy Key unlocks the grey door at the basement level of the Detention Center. Note that the key will stay in your inventory even after opening the grey door.

You can safely store away the key in the Personal Stash after opening the door to reduce weight in your inventory.
