Kill the Zombie	・You can loot the zombie's weapon and sell it for coupons. ・Receive the Bear Detector from Prof. Lodochka as a reward for killing the Zombie and finishing the mission.
Spare the Zombie	・Khors will reward you with extra coupons as thanks for not killing the zombie. ・You will also receive the Bear Detector from Prof. Lodochka for sparing the zombie.

The choice occurs during the A Sign of Hope mission. If you kill the zombie named Kvashka on the roof of the building, you can loot his weapon and sell it for coupons. On the other hand, if you spared the zombie, then Khors the technician of the building will reward you with extra coupons as a form of gratitude for letting the zombie live.

Both choices will reward you with the Bear Detector from Prof. Lodochka after completing the mission.
