Drink Energy Drinks or Water to Replenish Stamina

If you need to replenish stamina immediately, you can drink energy drinks or water. These consumables can be bought from Traders (particularly, Barkeeps) in Bases scattered across the map. They can also be looted off of corpses or found as loot while exploring.

Note: Energy drinks will induce hunger if consumed multiple times. Make sure to keep an eye out for the chicken leg icon at the bottom left of your screen (above the Health meter) to see if Skif is famished.

Equip Endurance Artifacts

Artifacts with Endurance bonus either improves stamina regen or increases the max stamina, but as of now we haven't confirmed which of the bonuses it applies. As with other artifacts, its effectivity scales from Weak to Medium to Strong.

Stamina Regenerates Over Time

Stamina automatically regenerates over time as long as you do not run while the meter is refilling. To see how much Stamina you have left, check the blue stamina meter below the red health meter at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

What Affects Stamina Regen?

Stamina Regen is Slower If You Are Encumbered

Carrying more than 50 kg affects how long your stamina recharges over time. If you carry more than 50 kg (but below 70 kg), you'll reach the yellow segment of your carry weight limit. At this level, Stamina will have a noticeably slower recharge time, and you'll feel the sluggishness especially when jumping or mantling.

If you carry more than 70 kg (but below 80 kg) of equipment, you'll enter the red segment of your carry weight limit. At this level, Stamina will regen at a glacial pace. You won't be able to sprint, jump, or mantle consecutively due to how slow the stamina recharge speed will be. Past 80 kg and you'll stop moving altogether.
