Set Gamma Setting to Around 80%

The easiest way to increase visibility and make your surrounding brighter is to increase the Gamma setting to 80-85%. You can leave the Contrast and Brightness settings to their default value, but you are free to adjust them to a level that is suitable for you.

Set the Brightness Settings Under the Display Tab

You can adjust the Brightness settings by opening the Options > Display menu. Scroll down to the Image Correction section to adjust the game's brightness.
