The Texan can be found within one of the three Abandoned Science Campus pods. Go deep inside the open pod and you will see the Texan shotgun on the steel table.

The Abandoned Science Campus is located within the southeast of the Jupiter Region. It is also just at the south of the Prypiat Region.
