Inside the Locked Door at Old Church
You can find a GP37 inside the locked door northwest of the Old Church in the Swamps region. Get on top of the table that contains the barrels and peek through the hole in the brick wall. Use a long-range gun to shoot the barricade from the door to open it from the other side.

Buy from Eugene at Rostok Base
The GP37 can be bought at Eugene in Rostok base in the Rostok region. The traders Birch and Ragman can also be found within the base.
You can reach Rostok once you have earned access to checkpoint exits in the Lesser Zone. Depending on the checkpoints you exited, you can reach Rostok north of the Chemical Plant or west of Garbage (Slag Heap) regions.
Buy from WO Komisarov at Cement Factory
The GP37 has a chance to appear in WO Komisarov's stock at the Cement Factory base in the Cement Factory region. The base is located east of the Garbage region.
