Army Warehouses Location
The Lullaby will be located at the Army Warehouse within the Chemical Plant Region. You can make your way there if you have unlocked the Western Checkpoint in the Lesser Zone by progressing the main story.
ⓘ When going to the warehouse, you'll come across a tunnel. It's best to go over it to avoid encountering groups of enemies.

STALKER 2 Army Warehouses Locked Door
The Lullaby can be obtained at the 2nd floor of the warehouse. To get there, you can mantle your way to the top of the truck, then head inside an open window. The Journalist Stash containing the weapon will be in one of the rooms.

The Lullaby is located at a Journalist Stash in the Army Warehouse located within the Chemical Plant region. Reach this region by taking the Eastern Checkpoint once you have progressed through Behind Seven Seals.
