You can find Rostok west of the Garbage Region. To get there, head to the Northern Checkpoint in the Lesser Zone and travel northwest to reach the Rostok region.
 Freedom

Rostok serves as the central hub for the faction, Freedom. It is a Ukrainian paramilitary organization whose only goal is to prevent the government's effort in covering up the true events of Chornobyl and prevent any one faction from having complete control of the Zone.
There are 3 traders in Rostok. Eugene sells weapons and ammo, Birch sells armor, while Ragman sells consumables, ammo, weapons, and attachments.
The guide, Toad, is located at the northern part of Rostok while the technician, Screw, is on the same building as Eugene and Birch at the southwestern corner of the area.
