Similar to the previous STALKER games, STALKER 2 uses First Person PoV and there is no option to switch to a Third Person PoV.

One way to get accustomed to the first person PoV is to increase the FoV. Increasing the FoV gives you a wider peripheral vision, allowing you to see a better view of the surroundings.
You can change the FoV from the Display tab on the Options menu.
However, the developers have talked about giving players mod support which could potentially allow players to create a mod that lets them play in Third Person PoV.
