| Batalov, the medic from Icarus, asked to find his runaway patients. Looks like their brains got seriously messed up, and the doctor wants to save them from experimental treatment. I need to track them down and wound them just enough for the doctor to invalid them out and send them to the Mainland. | |
You can unlock this mission if you get pills from Sgt. Batalov during the main mission Dead Frequency.

You will get a bunch of supplies upon reporting your quest completion to Sgt. Batalov in Camp Icarus.

Examine the Wardens' Personal Belongings
Go to the room next to Sgt. Batalov and loot the blue stash inside containing the personal belongings of the escaped Wardens. Get the Patrol Schedule where it will show you the schedule of the three wardens.
From here, you can try to figure out where the wardens escaped into (the answer should be the location that commonly appeared on all of the warden's patrols) but if you still can't figure out where they went, you can do the next optional objective that can give you the location of the wardens.
Discover the Whereabouts of the Escaped Wardens
Go to Shevchenko located on the southeast of Camp Icarus and talk to Beard, the trader there. He will offer you the locations of the Wardens in exchange for 500 Coupons.
You can pay him coupons so he can reveal the location of the wardens which is the Canning Factory.
Locate the Wardens
The runaway wardens are located in the Canning Factory, west of the Camp Icarus. Just go there and you will see 3 wardens that you have to knock down by shooting their legs. Otherwise, you will get less rewards if you kill them.
Return to Sgt. Batalov
Return back to Camp Icarus and talk to Sgt. Batalov to get your reward and complete the side mission.
