Obtain in Underpass Exit in Rostok Region

The Glutton can be obtained at the top floor of the Underpass Exit in the Rostok Region.

You will need to go straight in the tunnel until you see some trucks. Turn on the switch nearby the trucks then go to the highest floor by climbing the stairs and go right until you see a metal door with Y-III-12 writing. You will see the Glutton on the table inside.
