You can take one job from Sidorovich and get the Coupons tied to it. You can only choose one job at a time so it's better to choose the one that rewards the most.
Eliminate the mutants prowling along the stalker routes (marked on the map). Prepare some Assault Rifles and Grenades to take them out quickly.
Sidorovich will tell you that there are some fake traders tarnishing his reputation by selling junk to rookies and that you need to deal with them. Find the fake traders and eliminate them to finish this job. You will find them fully armed, so try to fight them one at a time to avoid getting overwhelmed.
The Rookie that Sidorovich is talking about needs a VS Vintar. You can storm in the Horodyshche Hamlet Camp to find a VS Vintar behind a room.
You can also find one if you go to the tunnel southwest of SIRCAA Exterior Checkpoint. However, you will have to prepare to face a Chimera as it will be guarding the tunnel.
Choosing this job will require you to find a Spinner Artifact, so Sidorovich can trade it with another customer. If you already have the artifact, simply add it to your inventory and speak with Sidorovich.
If you don't have it yet, you can check the Detention Center's basement to find one. The key to the to the basement should be on the first floor, hiding under a desk.

If you select this mission, Sidorovich will have you go deal with Zombies on a location. Go to the location that he marked on the map and deal with all the undead there. Go back to Sidorovich afterwards to get 1,000 Coupons.
Return to Sidorovich after completing the job. You will then receive the Coupons for the job, and that will conclude the mission.
