Keep Picking Up the Fake Artifacts

Picking Up Fake Artifacts

The fake and real Artifacts that spawn in the Stone Village are randomly generated. You could get lucky and get it on your earlier tries, but the only way to get the real one is to keep picking up the fake ones until you come by the real Artifact. You will know it is real if it does not dissipate, and it goes to your inventory.

It is a good idea to deal with the enemies in the area first so you can hunt for the Artifact without being bothered by bullets and grenades.

Stock Up on Medkits and Psi-Block

Healing in the Stone Village

If you stay in the Stone Village for too long, you will start hallucinating and take damage over time. Make sure you have a few Medkits and Psi-Blocks in stock to top off your health and stave off the hallucinations as you try to find the real Artifact.

Stone Village Map View

You can find the Stone Village POI in the northwestern portion of the Wild Islands Region. It will be a question mark at first, but it will turn into Stone Village once you get close to the area.
