This side activity is located east of Buryakivka in Rostok. It starts after talking to the stalker named Kuzya next to a cabin.

Kuzya will pitch his car and you will get two options out of it. You can either fall for his scam and buy the car or attack him after checking the car.
The best decision would be to kill him as you won't lose Coupons and you will know his stash's location when you take his PDA.
You can pay 6,000 Coupons to Kuzya to get his car. However, this car won't work as his whole car business is a scam.
If you have selected this option, load a save before it to recover your 6,000 Coupons.
It's better to kill Kuzya as he is a guaranteed scammer. This can be confirmed through his PDA if you kill him.
Killing him means you won't have to spend 6,000 Coupons just to get a broken car. You can also get his stash near the area containing basic items like a Vodka, Medkits, and some 5.45X39MM PS Ammo.
