Get to the Roof
Head Outside and Get on the Roof
Head outside the building to get on the roof. You can either use the door to the right of the main entrance, or you can climb onto the nearby building using the ladders attached to it below.
Climb the Tower on the Other Side
Once you're at the roof, climb the tower on the other side to get to the antenna. Sprint and jump across once you get enough height on the tower to reach the antenna.
Deactivate the Antenna
Climb the ladders to reach the Antenna to deactivate it after jumping across. Simply pull down the switch at the top to turn the Antenna off.
Kill or Spare the Zombie Noonrider on the Roof

You will have an option to kill or spare the Zombie Noonrider, Kvashka, once you're on the roof.
Should You Kill the Zombie on the Roof?
Kill the Zombie Noonrider
Choosing to kill Kvashka will lead to a fight against him. Killing Kvashka however will not reward you with extra coupons from Khors since you killed his brother.
Spare the Zombie Noonrider
You can ignore Kvashka and return to the professor to report about the antenna. This will help you avoid a fight against him and Khors will reward you with coupons for sparing his brother.
Return to Prof. Lodochka
Return to Lodochka and report what you did at the roof. He will reward you, regardless of what you accomplished, as you talk to him.
