How to Unlock All Endings

There are four unlockable endings in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Read on to learn how to unlock all four endings in the game during your playthrough!

Strelok Ending - She Will Never Be Free

To get the ending where Strelok takes control of the Zone, you'll have to make the following the choices during key moments in the final missions of the main story:

#	Mission	Choice
1	Subtle Matter	Life is for the living When Scar catches you during Subtle Matter while using the visiograph in Orbita Station, choose Life is for the living to progress Strelok's ending.
2	Dangerous Liaisons	Escape When caught by Korshunov during Dangerous Liaisons, choose Escape to avoid the Ward ending.
3	The Last Wish	[Fire] Kill the Doctor During The Last Wish, you'll confront the Doctor in Red Forest one last time. Choose the option [Fire] to lock in Strelok's ending.

Ward Ending - Brave New World

To get the ending where the Ward destroy the Zone for good, you'll have to side with Kroshunov during the main mission, Dangerous Liaisons. Choose the option I'm not your enemy to get this ending.

#	Mission	Choice
1	Subtle Matter	Life is for the living When Scar catches you during Subtle Matter while using the visiograph in Orbita Station, choose Life is for the living to avoid the Spark ending.
2	Dangerous Liaisons	I'm not your enemy When caught by Korshunov during Dangerous Liaisons, choose I'm not your enemy to officially side with the Ward.

Note: This is the last opportunity for you to side with the Ward and get their ending. Even if you sided with Noontide and Spark in previous main story missons, Korshunov will still trust you since you killed Faust.

Kaimanov Ending - Project Y

To get this ending, you'll have to choose Strelok and Spark ending-related choices until you reach The Last Wish. Once there, don't shoot the Doctor. Instead, choose the option to [Lower the gun].

#	Mission	Choice
1	Subtle Matter	Life is for the living When Scar catches you during Subtle Matter while using the visiograph in Orbita Station, choose Life is for the living to avoid the Spark ending.
2	Dangerous Liaisons	Escape When caught by Korshunov during Dangerous Liaisons, choose Escape to avoid the Ward ending.
3	The Last Wish	[Lower the gun] During The Last Wish, confront the Doctor in the Red Forest. Choose the option [Lower the gun] to lock in Kaimanov's ending.

Spark Ending

The important choices for this ending are currently being investigated. However, to ensure you side with Scar and his Spark Faction, make sure to choose the Eternal spring option when Scar confronts you in Orbita Station during the main mission, Subtle Matter.

Ending Mission Bugs

Endings Not Involving Strelok will Result in a Buggy Boss Fight

Any ending that isn't the Strelok ending will require you to fight the famed Stalker once you reach the final mission location of STALKER 2. However, do note that this fight is very buggy since Strelok will often phase through the level, clip out, and never re-appear in the boss arena.

The only way to progress the game from this point (especially if you find yourself getting softlocked multiple times) is to kill Strelok quickly before he has time to start zipping around the arena multiple times. If you're having a hard time on Veteran or Stalker Difficulties, try switching to Rookie Difficulty to get a quicker kill.
