The Cavalier unique sniper rifle can be found on a ventilation shaft in a building southwest of the Military Unit in Duga.
Note that this area only becomes accessible during and after the main missions that involve getting inside the compound in Duga: Happiness for Everyone if you sided with the faction Spark or Once More Unto the Breach if you sided with the Ward.

| 1 |  Reach the building to the southwest of the Military Unit area in Duga during or after Happiness for Everyone or Once More Unto the Breach. |
| 2 |  Look for the long tents and head inside the one on the right. Beware of a swarm of rats inside. |
| 3 |  Reach the other end of the tent. Once you are at the doorway of the building, immediately look towards the ceiling to find planks on a ventilation shaft. Shoot them to get the Cavalier. |
