Harpy, the Technician in Yaniv, is your go-to for all upgrades, including advanced upgrades for the more modern weapons and armor in the game. Of all the Technicians in the game, she is the only one that can upgrade late-game weapons and armor.
The best part about Harpy and Yaniv Station is that it is very easy to get to from the Rostok Base. Simply head north from Rostok and make a beeline for the base (ignoring everything in Red Forest). Barring a harrowing psy dog encounter, you should make it to this late-game location relatively unscathed.
Later on, you'll gain access to another technician with the same skillset in Bolero. However, this Technician can only be accessed after you've unlocked the way to both Pripyat and the Enerhetyk Palace of Culture base within the city.
By the time you hit late game, the Rostok Base will be the most central base on your map. Due to shifting allegiances during the main story, you'll find yourself in Rostok between main missions more often than not. For general upgrades to your guns and suits, Screw the Technician has you covered.
While Screw won't be able to upgrade more advanced suits like Exoskeletons or armored suits, he'll still be able to service the trusty Sunrise and SEVA Suits that make up most of STALKER 2's mid to early late-game segments.
Despite sitting right next to the Cooling Towers region that usually produces high-tier loot, Sgt. Khmaruk - the Technician in Cement Factory - will not be able to fully upgrade advanced equipment. Take note of this if you want to cash in on upgrades for items like Exoskeletons.
