Down Below is the point of no return for the main story. Once you progress through the level, all currently active side missions will get cancelled and you will no longer be able to return to the Zone.

Note: Even if you can technically return to the Zone during the Last Wish main mission, all previously cancelled side missions can no longer be retaken even after returning to the original quest givers.

How Long to Beat Main Story

Around 40 Hours

About 40 Hours to Finish Game

It will take roughly about 40 hours to finish the main storyline of STALKER 2, assuming you focus on main missions alone and ignore all the side quests.

It will also depend on the Difficulty you're playing on, as well as how adept you are in shooter games. Newer players to the Stalker franchise may take a longer time to beat the game, while veterans might finish it in a shorter amount of time.
