The mission starts once you get to the large house in Kopachi and hear Tymchenko's call for help.

You can get 1,050 Coupons from Tymchenko but you will have to ask for it. You can also head inside the tunnel to get some random loot from the ruined houses.

Go to Kopachi in the Cement Factory region to find Tymchenko. Look for a huge house until you hear a scream from him.
Kill the Bayuns that will come out of the house to save him.
Talk to Tymchenko after and ask for a reward. If you missed the chance to ask him, you won't be able to get any Coupons from him.
You can explore the underground tunnel once you've talked to Tymchenko. You will have to fight a few more Bayuns once you're inside. Kill them to secure the area and loot the items freely.
You might fight a couple of Ammo, Medkits, Grenades, and some other basic items.
